Description

A sling plate for the M4 / AR-15 platform. Designed for use in airsoft, no idea if it would fit a real version of the guns.

Designed to replace the sling plate that snapped in half after I landed on it, was going to just buy one but these things were going for £9 on amazon, 4g of filament seemed a much better price.

I've gone through a few iterations and found this to be the right thickness for strength, ran it for two games now and it’s done fine with my M4 bouncing all over the place. If your gun is particularly heavy (I'm looking at you, drum-mag connoisseurs) you may want to up it to 4mm thickness.

As always, criticism is welcomed, a solution to the subject of criticism even more-so.

I want to make this, but I have two questions. How well does it hold up if you are running around? And How would I put it on?

I've had no problems, havent had to replace it since the first one I put on. It will depend on your gun, on mine it was just a case of removing the stock and sliding it on.
