great idea but I'd advise caution with 3D printed food bowls. we researched this in almost extreme detail for our business but the risks associated with food + FDM layer lines etc was too great. unless the objects are perfectly sealed with a food-safe coating they become a breeding ground for all sorts of nasty bacteria, many of which can be fatal for animals. and it's not just with wet food, either - animal saliva can harbour the same bacteria so even with dry food there's still significant risk. sorry be a downer.

Great idea and design. However, the base did not turned out so great, maybe its my filament (PLA too brittle)? Does sb know why this happens?

I've had the same problem as you The surface and walls print perfectly without any issues the base does too but the curve connecting the base to the wall simply prints poorly :(

PLA usually becomes brittle due to humidity, I mean, depending on how you've stored it. PLA doesn't absorb much, but... I think that might be the reason. It also tends to leave strings... I don't know if that helps you✌️

Great idea and nice design for fast eater like my dog! I put my dog's name along the inside wall :-) One thing I am a bit concerned is a sharp edge of start shape. So I only use honeycomb area for feed.
