Here it is with the new Cover - Perfect - It stops 'lose' metal bits falling into the case (I've had staples, small screws etc 'fall' into the case). This is now perfect - Thank you PS: Bottom layer is PLA, Top layer is PETG

Do you have a step or fusion360 file? I'd like to make a version work with 5mm and other sizes.

I updated the model to add a D5 holder, let me know if that works for you, I don't have D5 magnets here to try

It would be great if there was a cover that could be slide over the top - It would be a scaled down version of the bottom - no need for any fancy clips - just an elastic rubber band could keep it together - or possibly a magnet

like a exact copy of the bottom but without the nagnes holes and just shorter in height? I can check on that

Also - are the 4 holes/indents on the base meant for 6mm magnets? - Ive placed 4 in there and they offer a small amount of 'attraction' to the column of magnets above

yes, the holes are intended for magnets, I personally don't use magnets in the bottom but I would imagine there is no way to cancel the influence of the bottom magnets and the container ones
