Introduction to the International Space Station (ISS)
In case you are not familiar with it, the ISS is so far the greatest and most awesome spacecraft of all times. Here are some reasons to support this:
1 - It's real. You can see it from earth, if you know where to look!
2 - It has been continuously inhabited since the year 2000, hosting more than 200 astronauts from over 20 countries.
3 - It is a symbol of international cooperation, with more than 15 countries collaborating on its construction and operation.
4 - It is used for scientific research, educational outreach and as a test platform for new technologies.
About this model
This model is designed specifically for 3D printing at this scale, with the following features:
1 - Prints in less than 60 minutes.
2 - Can be printed in A1 mini bed (180x180mm) at once.
3 - Does not require printing supports.
4 - Easy to assemble, with no need for extra parts or glue (you may still want to use a bit glue for better fixation).
