Model Train - 1:22.5 - telecommunications house

I needed a telecommunications building for the next extension to my model railroad. The pre-made houses available did not meet my requirements (especially for the hobby fun). So I searched for pictures of telecommunications houses on Google and found a German telecommunications house. I copied it from the pictures and modified the floor plan to suit my layout.
I designed the house so that you can print it in one color and paint it yourself or print it in full color.
The included mast is intended to be a cleaning tower and must be painted according to my settings.
The foundation can be toggled between a concrete foundation and a natural stone foundation by using the appropriate filament color and enabling or disabling FuzzySkin. The door is only indicated and cannot be opened.
