<p>Changes done in this profile:</p><ul><li>slightly increased the height (wider opening)<ul><li>more airflow</li><li>add more curvature</li></ul></li><li>seam position: back (just for looks)</li><li>reduce strength, just in case as I&#39;m printing with PLA. My thinking is if it&#39;s weaker it will break faster on impact instead of hurting me.<ul><li>3 walls</li><li>reduced top and bottom shell layers</li><li>15% grid infill</li><li>disabled “Ensure vertical shell thickness”</li></ul></li><li>added a bit of support and brim for better adhesion</li><li>cut off the clip and moved it slightly inwards, I wanted a little of the actual vent to stick out of my jacket so I could slide my glove underneath and avoid blocking airflow. The clip is also rotated slightly to reduce the gap created by moving it inwards.</li></ul>

<p>This simple ventilator clips into the sleeve for your motorcycle jacket allowing air to flow up the sleeves on hot days to provide extra cooling.  It can be worn on either the inside or outside of the wrist depending on rider preference.</p>
