ESP camera mount for pidpa water meter

Description
This is a mount for a ESP camera to mount on a pidpa water meter, this way the usage of water can be detected by reading the value off the camera.
There is some other hardware required, A heated insert for the rod, and a long bolt to tighten the mount.
the heated insert should have a diameter of 6mm, this could be a M4 nut and screw.
