Description
Triominos (published in 1965) is a variant of dominoes using triangular tiles. A popular version of this game is marketed as Tri-Ominos by the Pressman Toy Corp. It's easy to learn, fast-paced gameplay that's great for the whole family!
The numbers on the tiles are raised, so that you can apply a different color for the last few layers with only one filament change. I've split the triples, doubles, and singles across three plates, so that you can color the numbers differently for each type of tile if you want to. Given good lighting conditions you can of course get away with a single color print as well.
Contains 56 playing tiles: 6 triples, 30 doubles, and 20 singles. The game includes only 56 out of 76 possible tiles, omitting those tiles in which the numbers appear in clockwise descending order; i.e., where 0-1-2 is a possible tile, the mirror-image reflection 0-2-1 is not.
