This is Snowy (Milou in French or Bobbie in Dutch), the dog from the famous Tinin comic books. See Wikipedia
In one of the adventures, Tintin and Snowy fly to the moon in a rocket. There are different models of the rocket on Thingiverse, for example this model . I remixed a model of the dog, this one peeing against the rocket :)
