Description

The PL13 is a 3D-printed replica of the awesome Henson AL13 safety razor.

I named it PL13 because… it's made of plastic instead of aluminum. ;)

While you can print the PL13 in standard PLA or PETG, I strongly recommend using a stiffer carbon-reinforced filament such as PLA-CF, PETG-CF, or even PPA-CF. Why? Because with regular filaments, the top cap flexes slightly when screwed in, which causes the razor blade to bend ever so slightly—not the end of the world, but enough to affect the precision of your shave. With a carbon-fiber-infused filament, however, you get a razor that is stiff, durable, and surprisingly functional.
