Small Vise (No Hardware Required)

This is a convenient and compact bench vise (60mm*110mm*40mm) with a clamping range of 0-50mm

It prints well, requires no hardware, has replaceable clamping jaws, and is very smooth

Features:

• The old vise has been completely updated, fully remodeled, and all issues resolved
• Fully assembled self-locking design, requiring no auxiliary fastening parts
• Brand new screw, easy for 3D printing, smoother, and easier to print
• Brand new rail design, also providing good structural strength when clamping from the side
• Replaceable clamping jaw design, clamping jaws snap in smoothly, are not easy to fall out, and use print overhangs to eliminate gaps
• Brand new buckle connection, more stable and flawless
• All parts require no supports, default settings also provide good strength, and if needed, the number of walls can be increased to further enhance overall strength

Assembly Method:

1. Insert the slider into the track, pushing it to the maximum extent
2. Screw in the bolt and push the bolt head into the slider
3. Now install the lower limit buckle and push it inside
4. Rotate the bolt, assembly is complete
