Description

UPDATE 1/4/26 - Model base widened to be more stable with larger box tops.

This is a stand to hold jigsaw puzzle box tops so you can keep it conveniently in view while you assemble your puzzle. I designed the stand so it is elevated off your table surface so you can still see the puzzle pieces beneath it. It is tilted back for balance and will accept different thicknesses of puzzle box material.

It did not hold my lid for a 2000 piece puzzle that well and it keept on tipping.

No, backwards. i had to try and place the box only half way in to get it to balance.

I printed two (one for wife and I, one for my uncle and aunt). The prints came out great. It’s quite large, too, which helps to keep it stable when using large box lids.

I printed 2 of these, 1 for wife and 1 for grandmother... will likely be printing more for the other nursing home puzzle ladies once they see grandma's puzzle cover holder!

Be careful pulling off the plate, there is a weak point near the top of the loop which can flex if you just pull it.
