Wire Closet Rack Filament Spool Holder

I found a wire rack holder on Maker World and needed something to hold my filament spool and had some dowels on-hand and thus this remix was born. I had to extend the clip that holds it to the wire rack to ensure it didn't swing and lengthened the arm to allow for the spools to clear the shelf. This should hold most any standard filament spools.
