The “bars” or “pillars” on the lid are for supporting the arduino board so it doesnt move around. Feel free to remix this to your likings, as i said this was just a quick one and for me it does not have to be perfect. You might wanna drill some bigger holes for the lid and use normals m3 bolts (yes bolts not screws) directly into the pla.
