Description

Reflex Suppressor for the Bifrost Tracer Unit

DIAMETER: 45mm

This suppressor allows you to quickly swap between suppressed and non-suppressed usage with ease, all while maintaining functionality of the Acetech Bifrost tracer unit. Simply slide the body over your Bifrost and enjoy both the cool looks, deeper tone, and significantly decreased “muzzle flash” from the tracer unit. The body is modeled after the B&T RBS9 SQD, making a great candidate for your SMG build. This model shares compatibility with my Reflex design in both baffles and end-caps. Included in the raw files is both of the Reflex end-caps along with the standard SQD end-cap.

This series of tracer suppressors was originally designed with TPU as the baffle material, but in testing, TPU has issues with baffle strikes and decreased accuracy due to stringing. This material is very promising in terms of sound suppression if you already have a solid TPU config. The two piece design allows for the use of different baffle materials and is a good base for your own R&D.

NOTE:

I use a small strip of electrical tape that wraps around the body of the Bifrost to provide friction to allow for easy removal without permanent attachment. You could glue it on if you wanted.
