Description
Not my usual contribution to Makerworld. This pencil holder was a request from eldest daughter who wanted a small pencil holder for her desk at primary school. She's a huge Taylor Swift fan. Much to my surprise I couldn't really find anything in MakerWorld or Thingiverse that she liked. So I made this one. It will up to 20 pencils, pens and crayons.
It's a simple print that doesn't require any supports or brims. The one in the photos used the generic silk PLA filament profile and 24mm draft mode for printing. I used some leftover Overture Silk filament and it worked out really well. The guitar and signature are based on photos from a fan magazine my daughter owns. They were converted into SVGs, imported into TinkerCAD and resized to fit the pencil holder. I've added a shot from TinkerCAD as proof of design.
