List of additional accessories required for purchase

20L airtight container *1 (40*29*24cm)

695zz bearings *8

Teflon tube Outer diameter 4mm, inner diameter 2.5mm *4 sections (length depends on your need)

500g desiccant (just enough to fill four desiccant boxes)

PC4-M6 pneumatic connector *4 (nuts can be printed as a substitute. In fact, you can drill a hole slightly smaller than the Teflon tube and insert the tube, so you don't need a pneumatic connector)

Because the previous design from a previous maker (https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/507090#profileId-432236) still had excessive resistance on the spool, causing it to retract automatically, I redesigned it.

I used the 695zz bearings from a set I previously bought.

I was too lazy to print the desiccant boxes again, so I used the previous maker's design. You can get it from his page.

The spool center shaft is designed for JAYO filaments. For a tight fit, the inner diameter of the spool must be less than 72.4MM, the outer diameter must be less than 210MM, and the width must be less than 62MM.

If you need other spools or bearings, I can make another spool center shaft for you. However, if the width is greater than 62MM or the outer diameter is greater than 210MM, I can't do it (it's too much work and I'm lazy).

Printing

Use tree supports for the small pillars around the bearings to make them easier to remove. Other supports can be standard.

Test the tolerances yourself.

Assembly

One set includes a base frame *1, two upright frames *2, and two bearing pillars *2.

1. Insert the bearings into the grooves of the spool center shaft, then insert the bearing pillars into the bearings.

2. When inserting the upright frames into the base frame, the concave part of the head should face inward, and the convex part should face outward.

Then insert the combination from step 1 into both sides of the spool center shaft, and then place it into the concave part of the head of the upright frames in step 2.
