Heavy Duty Angle Vise / Corner Press

Hello,

I needed something more strudy than those corner presses with plastic threads. I love DIY so buying one is not my style ;)

I use this for furniture making or when i need to assemble big cabinet for my clients….or my wife is not in mood to hold anything.

4hrs print! snap on guide pins, no glue required unless YOU insist.

1st plate is “shelf” vise - usage as seen on photos

2nd plate is “corner” vise - for corners just push them in and its 90 degree corner :)

You need :

M8x80 screw if You want to completly close grip - Use whatever screw head you use the most i use hexagonal and just use my electric screwdriver

M8 nut

Assembly? 1-2-3.

1.Press in nut. - its tight i know that's the way i desiged it, use screw to press it in ( aka screw in screw until it sits almost flush :) )

2.Install guide pins - Put longer part of guide pin from bottom through both plates and squeeze with top ( small ) one, it should sit flush like on photos.

3.Done.
