Handguard mount Beta RR brake pump Brembo

Handguard mount for the clutch side for “Beta RR 125-200-250-300-35-390-450cc equipped with Brembo clutch pump”.

I have made this mount to be able to mount the standard handguards of the Beta RR 450 2008 model on newer models equipped with Brembo clutch pump.

The brake pump has remained unchanged over the years, so you just need to mount the attachment included in the mounting kit.

Thanks to this mount you will not have to mount aftermarket handguards that grip the handlebar taking up space and hindering possible movements or additions of switches for lights, cooling fans or other accessories.

After various material tests, I have come to the conclusion that the best material is TPU A95 or harder.

After numerous intense uses in enduro and therefore after numerous blows given by branches, stones or falls, it remains the most resilient material!

I recommend using 2 enlarged M5 washers to provide more support surface for the screw and the nut underneath.
