Description

I was assigned a science project to make an atom of phosphorus and 3d printed some parts.

 

This model includes:

  • Nucleus
  • Grass
  • Rod
  • Stand.

 

You will need to obtain:

  • Wire
  • Wood Beads for electrons (You can design beads and print them)
  • Matchbox (optional)
  • Tray
  • Paint (Blue, Red, Green)
  • string
  • Superglue and or Hot Glue
  • Matchbox

 

Assembly:

  1. Paint the Protons and Neutrons in the Nucleus.
  2. Slide the Nucleus into the rod
  3. Shape the wire into a ring shape
  4. Glue the beads in pairs of 2
  5. Glue the beads onto the wire
  6. Attach the wire using a string to the rod
  7. Paint the tray green or cover with pieces of grass (if cover with pieces of grass, apply modge podge to prevent it from falling out)
  8. Glue the pieces of grass in the corner of the tray
  9. Glue the stand together and on the tray
  10. Glue the nucleus on the stand
  11. Enjoy!
