Description
I was assigned a science project to make an atom of phosphorus and 3d printed some parts.
This model includes:
- Nucleus
- Grass
- Rod
- Stand.
You will need to obtain:
- Wire
- Wood Beads for electrons (You can design beads and print them)
- Matchbox (optional)
- Tray
- Paint (Blue, Red, Green)
- string
- Superglue and or Hot Glue
- Matchbox
Assembly:
- Paint the Protons and Neutrons in the Nucleus.
- Slide the Nucleus into the rod
- Shape the wire into a ring shape
- Glue the beads in pairs of 2
- Glue the beads onto the wire
- Attach the wire using a string to the rod
- Paint the tray green or cover with pieces of grass (if cover with pieces of grass, apply modge podge to prevent it from falling out)
- Glue the pieces of grass in the corner of the tray
- Glue the stand together and on the tray
- Glue the nucleus on the stand
