Description

3D model description

This is an exhaust vent terminate flange. Its purpose is to allow you to connect the exhaust hose that was included with your xTool laser cutter to a flat surface for the purpose of venting it outdoors. One piece is the exhaust flange, and the other piece is an optional seal.

This version is for the XTool S1/P2/P2S/P3/M1/D1 Pro machines. I also have a version for the F1/F1 Ultra/F1 Lite/F2/F2 Ultra & M1 Ultra machines here.

Manufacturing settings

I recommend PETG, ABS, or PC for the flange, and TPU 95A for the seal. It attaches to a flat surface with 4 screws. I used simple wood screws.
