oh wow, I haven’t seen this before and have printer 100+ :-( sorry to see you are having issues with it. Just to rule out the filament, you could try printing a few with a different black & green (any colour / any brand) just as a test - you could even make it blue & orange for example for the test. just to see if they stay together. since it looks like it is where black meets green is your weak point, it would be interesting to see if it happens with other filaments in those position. if it doesn’t break using new colours at least we know the filament is causing the problem. if it does then it’s something else.

I had the same issue. Very disappointing to print 10 pairs of these, only to have them ALL separate when CAREFULLY removing them from the plate. Not a single piece remained together.

same for me, but I just tried a single color bc I was worried about the waste
