Description

This is a 40mm Vacuum Hose Holder for MFT table with 20mm Dog Holes. Designed to hold the Cen-Tec Quick Click hose on a workbench with 20mm dog holes, it’ll work on similar sizes vacuum hoses. The ridges prevent sliding. You can use multiple units to hold a vacuum hose in place while working. It prints in about 1.25 hrs designed to print without support. (30° overhang.)

Thanks for the boost, I'm glad to see it works with hoses that are bigger than 40mm.

Printed in PLA and without support as you stated. Fits my generic vacuum hose and is just what I needed. Printed on to test but will print more.

Sure, will you also measure 1. the OD of your hose, and 2. the distance between the bumps on the hose, and 3. the depth of the bumps. When I upload the print, will you please share a new post with a rating, many (3) photos. (they don't need to be good, just more photos with a rating to bump the comments to the top of the comments. (FYI the existing top moment is someone who used a bigger hose for the smaller print.) I'm working with you to fix that. ;-)

So simple yet so helpful, probably one of the best workshop tools I own

Thanks for the Boost, It was born from necessity, when my vacuum hose kept falling off the table.

Great part, but I would need it for 19mm holes!! Does that exist too?

I will make it, everyone who's asked for it has failed to give me the hose dimensions. To make one, I need: 1.most important, you need to send me some photos (ideally min 2) after you've printed it. 2. you need to ping me in the DM as I can't send you the file or upload it until it's good to publish. 3. hose OD. 4. Depth of the ribs. 5. pitch between the ribs - if they expand, just the expansion that looks default or ideal when clipped in. 6. Are the treads on the hose, left hand or right hand. (FYI bottle caps and screws use right-hand threads.)
