Clip for Kitchen Hood Vizor

This clip is been used in kitchen hood Model Elektrolux 404032, PNR 95510141400 and similar models.

The plexiglas vizor of the kitchen hood is held by 5 plastic clips that are meant to easily give away, in case that you hit your head unintentionally on the vizor (which at least me has happened multiple times). Unfortunately those clips easily “disappear” and I was not able to find each of them after such an incident. I found that you can buy them as a spare part - however vendors are charging more than 5€ per single piece (+ shipping costs that are even higher).

Main Dimmensions are:

• Head Diameter: 6mm
• Head Thinkness: 0,6mm
• Diameter of holes in kitchen hood: 2,8mm (Diameter used in Model: 3,13mm is just good enough when printing in PLA - perhaps due to shrinkage)
• Distance head to (clamping) ledge: 2,8mm
