Profile: profile is coming across as 0.28mm layers. The threads come out horrible like that. I changed to 0.20mm and that was much better. Model: I found that the bottom didn't screw on very well. I turned off uniform scaling and changed the x and y to 79mm (leave y alone or threads will be wrong pitch) and that was perfect. I also tried 78mm first but that was too loose. 79mm is best. Only scale the small bottom piece. Nice design.
