19/01/2026 To correctly insert the name
Considering the latest updates and that some users are unable to position the name correctly, leading to suspended parts, I advise you to proceed as follows:
- remove the name from the object and ensure the model adheres to the build plate over its entire surface
- re-add the name using the text function, increasing the text thickness, perhaps to 4, so that the text extends beyond the object on the Z-axis and goes into the negative, as shown in the figure
- perform the slicing and ensure there are no suspended part errors
