D20 lamp

I decided to take a go big or go homo approach and I sized this baby up to 200% the printed in Translucent rainbow PLA at 0.16 layer with solid walls for strength. I added a RGB LED light inside with remote and I love it!!! The dice itself responds to different colours from the LED causing it change its entire look depending on the colour used. as shown in pictures! This was completely on the PLA itself but it keeps failing the print near the start so I ended up adding a brim and glueing the plate but the end result speaks for itself!

looks great, wish would be bigger, but still, amazing print, used transparent blue pla, give good ilumination and looks stuning in my opinion, may try again with normal white or purple pla to see the difference

Printed well, no problems Thanks for a great model With the use of Color Diffusers for Lamp Kit 001 by Biffiest ( https://makerworld.com/en/models/542873#profileId-460564 ) it is easy to change the color of the dice as well.

We lost one support somewhere along the way that would have attached to the 1 near the base. We let it print out to see what would happen, and somehow only ended up with a small hole in the base of the 1 and a bit of spaghetti on the inside due to the missing support structure. Overall super pleased that we didn’t stop it when we first noticed it. Looking forward to completing the base and adding the light. we used Glass Orange PLA.

I used glow in the dark filament and it looks great after turning off the light inside!

What is the difference between the two models

It is actually the same one. Just with one of the color diffusers i mentioned above. But i have to agree it turned out great.
