8020 Aluminum Extrusion 1530 TPU Bumper/Endcap

This is a bumper for 1530 aluminum extrusions. It helps protect against the sharp edges at the end of a 1530 size extrusion.

I printed it with Bambu TPU 95A HF to make a soft bumper for a mobile stand I built. The bumper is press-fit over the end of the extrusion.

Make sure to dry the TPU before and during printing, and print with supports for the best result.
