Boost Me (for free)

If you like this model consider boosting it. Each boost is worth ~50 grams of refill filament so every 20 boosts I could order a refill of PLA or PETG from the BambuStore - thanks for your support!

german version below

EN:

This is a set of different styled MFT benchdogs for 20mm holes.

The 20mm bolt IN the table is 20mm in length, the usable length ON the table is 8/15/30mm - either round or chamfered with 30mm diameter.

The short 8 and 15mm versions have a channel to attach a wire, cord or ziptie if you prefer a tight fit, that helps to pull them out. I prefer a tight fit for sawing angles.

The version with the 8.1mm slot is for mounting fences or rails …

Caution: Although the models are exactly 20mm your size may vary due to printer tolerances, filament, MFT hole quality … so don't blame me for that. Just print a 8mm version first and check if it fits. If not scale X and Y axis in your slicer please and try again. Also the flow rate of your filament could be altered.

I used a green Bambu PETG Basic which is close to Festool Green, PLA also will do the job!

DE:

This is a set of various MFT Benchdogs for 20mm holes.

The 20mm bolt IN the table is 20mm long, the usable length ON the table is 8/15/30mm - either round or with a flat side, each 30mm in diameter.

The short 8 and 15mm versions have a channel where you can attach a wire, cord, or zip tie. If you prefer tightly fitting benchdogs, this is helpful for removing them. For me, this is the case for precisely sawing angles.

The version with the 8.1mm elongated hole is intended for attaching a rail or similar.

Caution: Even if the models are exactly 20mm, printing can vary due to printer tolerances, filament, quality of the MFT holes... so please don't complain to me about it. Just print the 8mm version first and test if it fits. If not, then scale the X and Y axes in the slicer and try again. The flow rate of the filament could also be adjusted.

I used green Bambu PETG Basic, which is close to Festool Green. PLA can also be used well
