edit: ok you win its now scaled up 102% IT FITS PERFECT NOW LOL I sliced off everything needed to require NO supports, 3 walls 99% infill, AND 0.28mm the biggest with a 0.4mm nozzle, because WHEN IT COMES to FUNCTIONAL pieces like this, you want the biggest layer height possible for extra strength AND to save time! I would even print with a 0.6mm nozzle if i had the time to swap out nozzles! &nbsp;I upped it from 3 to 5 walls and to 99% infill, but it works at 33 or 25% and 3 walls fine. But its SOLID at 5 walls 99% infill and NOW it slides right on. &nbsp;See what is possible when you use the lessons from Slant3d youtube channel? Those lessons REALLY work here, i just cut off the parts we DONT need and sacrifice 1% aesthetic that wasnt even needed, to make it print 10 times better every time!&nbsp;Now you can save enough filament from NOT printing supports to actually print part of another angled foregrip! &nbsp;NEXT I will be trying making a QUICK RELEASE or PRINTED peg that you can just slide in and out to prevent the need for expensive metal nuts and bolts/heat inserts! We should have a completely printed system soon! &nbsp;And to anyone who says its too small? That means YOUR pic rails are too big! This works PERFECT and any tightness is your OWN printer/filament/humidity fault NOT the models. You are FREE to scale it up 100.5% or 101% if you need but dont go around giving 1 star ratings for a model that obviously works for everyone else. This is just a better profile with extra pieces cut off anyway.

Optimized it, had to be oriented so the rail is diagonal with layer lines and adheres to the rule of slant! &nbsp;aLSO 100% infill and 8 walls helps a lot
