This model i designed for my son he wanted a big and unique Vortex Spirale.

Have fun to print this model.

tried twice on the A1 with Bambu PLA on AMS. Could not get the more fragile piece to finish. failed twice, because it was not stable enough in the second half

Hello, it's a shame that the print didn't work for you. Did you print it using my print profile via the app? Perhaps you could load the file into Bambu Studio, slice it with your own settings, and try again... I was able to print it on my P1S without any problems.

Yes, I printed it with your print profile, via the app. I am not sure slicing it to the A1 would do anything better. I think the problem is that as the model prints the last or top half of that outside frame without any stability on the 5 separate pillars. after about 4 inches, they are very unstable. If they were connected, perhaps it would be stable enough. I have captured the failed print in the picture attached. If I can get this to work, I think this is one of the best pass-through models.

Hey, i think the difference between the P1S and the A1 is the Part cooling so my First Suggestion is to Print this in silent Mode with your A1 it Takes Time but hopefully you can Print it succesfully. my 2. Suggestion is load the raw Stl File in Bambu Studio the Profil from the P1S ist different to the A1 Slice it with the fine Profile from the A1 and give it a try i will Print it again too. Just to Look where the Problem is. Sorry that the Print failed so often. maybe WE will find a way that you can Print it succesfully 😉
