there's a lengthy print profile that i highly recommend you read. Then the actual assembly is very basic. However, I just added a tip under the description of the model. Assembly shouldn't be to much of a problem.

FYI: This was done on a Textured PEI plate. But, I see no reason it cant be done on a smooth plate.&nbsp;&nbsp;Base: PLA:.08mm extra fine, 2 walls, 10% infill, 3D-Honeycomb infill, 8 top, 8 bottom shell layers, any top surface pattern, any bottom surface pattern, Ironing: Top Surfaces, no support.&nbsp;Planetary Holder PLA: Print with sun facing up if you want it to look as good as possible (removing the supports suck), .08mm extra fine, 6 walls, 10% infill, 3D-Honeycomb infill, 8 top, 8 bottom shell layers, any top surface pattern, any bottom surface pattern, Ironing: Top surfaces, Normal support.&nbsp;Handle PLA: Split in half like a burger, same settings as the Holder (same build plate)&nbsp;Outer ring PLA: Print with fillets (curved edges) facing up, .08mm extra fine, 4 walls, 10% infill, 3D-Honeycomb infill, 4 top, 4 bottom shell layers, any top surface pattern, any bottom surface pattern, no ironing, no support.&nbsp;Ring gear PLA: .08mm extra fine, 4 walls, 10% infill, 3D-Honeycomb infill, 4 top, 4 bottom shell layers, any top surface pattern, any bottom surface pattern, ironing: top surfaces, Normal support&nbsp;Fins PLA .08mm extra fine (a little complex but HIGHLY recommended): First, set your “cut” tool to “cut to parts”. Then, make a cut at 40mm height and a cut at 200mm height. Select “Object”, click on whichever object highlights the small body at the bottom of the fin. Then, make it 100% infill. Do the same for the top fin body. Then, select the main fin body (or the longest one in the middle of your fine), and give it the settings: 2 walls, 4 top, 4 bottom layers, and 10% infill. Now your fins wont snap at their weak points AND wont use up a ton of filament. Repeat this process 5 more times to make a batch of 6 fins (recommended)(print twice) or 11 times for a batch of all 12 (pray your print doesn't fail). Then turn on tree supports for the entire plate.&nbsp;Pins, and spine PETG (for heat): .28 extra draft, 2 walls, 10% infill, no ironing, no support.&nbsp;Diffuser PETG TRANSLUCENT!!!!!: .28 extra draft, 4 walls, no ironing, no support.&nbsp;&nbsp;Layer height can be adjusted to preference but it wont look as pretty.&nbsp;Yes, its a lot. But its worth it once you finish and you get the coziest lamp I've ever used.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

0.08mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

This is a 12 planet (fin) planetary gear lamp designed by me.&nbsp;It is glued together with the use of pins for strength and you need to buy LED strips for it to actually work.&nbsp;I highly recommend assembling the two halves of the spine, then wrap 16ft of led strips around it till you reach the top. Leaving the actual LED PLUG spitting out the bottom of the lamp.&nbsp;This is an extremely long print that uses at least 1 spool of PLA.&nbsp;You have to be careful when putting it together and this is not an easy thing to assemble.&nbsp;I HIGHLY recommend you get comfortable with extremely long prints before attempting this model.I am not responsible if a print fails, filaments wasted, or if it gets damaged during assembly.
