Description

I often encounter the 'AMS assist motor is overloaded' error, especially when the filament spool is lightweight and nearly empty. I noticed the AMS has rails on the bottom but lacks a guide for the lid. To address this, I added a lid guide to align the spool from both the top and bottom, preventing it from tilting. I secured the guide with 3M VHB Tape LSE, a double-sided tape that bonds well to plastic due to its low surface energy compatibility, which ensures a firm hold.
