12 foot skeleton Halloween elbow join replacement

Did you break the elbow on your 12 foot tall skeleton Halloween decoration? Me either, but my brother did. A couple hours in CAD and I had a new one. This is the piece that goes into the forearm as seen in the pics. It's a tight tolerance but that seems to be a feature and not a bug. Also, as an aside, this is the most insane screw hole pattern I've ever seen, the part would seem to be multi directional, but the screw patter is not. I would print this in PETG or stronger as Pla might be too brittle especially in an outdoor environment.
