Makita RO0900 Tracksaw Guide

I was looking for an tracksaw guide for mine router (Makita RO0900), but i couldn't find one.

So i decided to draw my own one.

There was one design that looked quite good for me while i was searching so i decided to keep that in mind.

So take also a look at this one.

In the print profile you can find 2 plate's.

-One is with an narrow fittemend the other one has more play.

The reason why i did this is beceaus that the tracksaw guide differ a little bit in size.

I have got 4 tracksaws guide and 2 where different in size.

(So i would reccomend to measure yours before printing, when it is to narrow you could grind it a little bit off)

The center of the router to the tracksaw guide is 70mm.

Print settings:

Material: BambuLab PLA Basic, BambuLab PLA Matte

Layer: 0.2mm

Walls: 5

Top Layer: 5

Bottom Layer: 5

Infill: 30%

Support: Tree (Auto), (normal works also)
