Description
Stable segmented/articulated hose that can be adapted to the respective use by individual segments as needed
This is ideal for extraction on drilling and milling machines, lathes, in woodworking, in model making…
The inner diameter of the segments is Ø30mm! This means there is no significant loss of suction power when used with a vacuum cleaner
Also included are two vacuum cleaner connectors in the common sizes Ø34 and Ø35mm which hold well on the suction tube due to the corresponding cone
For mounting, there are two mounting brackets. Ø34mm is for the special mounting segment and Ø40 is for the vacuum cleaner connection segment
Both mounting brackets have a 6.5mm mounting hole. These can be fastened on a machine table with the included T-nuts (M6 nut is required)
Everything can be printed completely without support material
As print material, I would recommend PETG. PLA also works

M6 nut for T-nuts slot 10 and 12mm + countersunk screw in the required length
Threaded insert M4 (hole for this Ø5.6 x 9mm for e.g. ruthex)
Hexagon socket head cap screw DIN912 M4x10 (2 pieces per mounting bracket)
