0.12mm layer height, I've used the best supports, but there are still flaws in the model. I hope someone can help me debug it. Thanks

The flaws are in the wings and the circle. The support surface details are not enough.

The handle may have a contact error, and may need to be polished.

Glue is needed to connect the parts.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I managed to print the wings successfully on an A1 mini with a tiny amount of support in a vertical position. I used Bambu PLA basic, the the Cool Plate SuperTack, a brim and I oriented the wing so it was bent along the y axis. And by the way: to reproduce the exact same outcome as in your pictures, item "I" (plate 6) needs to be in gold color.

Superb organic design, thank you for this artistic work. However, be warned: the technical design is far from 'Ready to Print'. After more than 50 hours of work, here is my feedback: Engineering & Meshes: Very random tolerances. I had to rework the meshes in Fusion 360 for the handle receiving part, which were much too loose. Modifying meshes requires experience, be prepared to spend time on it/+sanding. Alignment issue: The handle tenons are not centered. Without modification, you will have 'stair steps' at the joints (12 hours of printing lost). I had to completely redesign the handle for perfect alignment. Fragility: The tenons are very brittle. The one on the dial broke during fitting. I had to design a specific custom part that fit the cone to mask a structural weld-glue. Conclusion: Magnificent project, but requires some basic CAD skills to correct the files. Photos of the issues and the final result

Beautiful concept and design very close to the anime. The print was a little tough, the wings need to be repositioned a few time to get the best results. The staff has some misalignment issues and will require some sanding. I personally had some issues with the supports on ring that holds the star but that could have been due to my support settings. Other than that once sanded and painted this was a very nice print, high recommend for cosplayers or anime enthusiast.
