A whimsical pirate barrel game for you and your friends to test your luck at parties!

Entirely 3D printed, no additional parts required

Self-designed, many iterations later, I've finally produced my most satisfying version

It is recommended to print the spring using a high-tensile material such as PLA+ or PETG; standard PLA may not be durable enough

Important: Ensure the elastic structure is fully cooled before pressing!

Please ensure the internal mechanism and exterior are of the same color to avoid revealing the secret!

Gameplay:

  1. Insert the pirate model into the barrel and rotate it freely

  2. Press down until a sound is heard and it no longer springs back

  3. Take turns with your friends inserting the blade into the barrel, seeing who triggers the pirate to pop out first

It flies quite high, very entertaining

I've also created additional Monster Hunter Palico and longsword models; use the exploding barrel to put the Palico to sleep (no Palicos were harmed in the making of this)

Due to the lack of an AMS, this is hand-painted, but multi-color printing is also supported (not sure if everyone needs this, so I separated them)

Future plans include creating more pirate varieties~

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Insert the ejection mechanism into the trigger mechanism (scissors may be required to remove the supports from the trigger mechanism)
  2. Combine the above mechanism with the upper half of the casing (note that the central column must be inserted)
  3. Insert the upper half into the base (ensure that the notch aligns with the pillar)

This friend @Lucas achieved an amazing result! Let me showcase it~

All filaments are official Bambu filaments; the barrel and Palico use woodgrain PLA, the sword uses metallic iridium PLA, and the Palico's clothing uses matte navy blue PLA
