Engine Model 60% scale version
Print Profile(1)

Description
Note: This model is not compatible with Kit 005, please see below for materials
This is a miniature, meticulously crafted engine model.
I have scaled down the engine model to 60% and adjusted some of the parts.
The scaled-down engine is slightly more difficult to print and assemble and requires some patience.

Notes
- To achieve better printing results, I used a 0.08mm layer height and enabled ironing. If not required, please modify accordingly.
Some parts are very fragile after being scaled down, and need to be pre-drilled with a Φ1.6 drill bit before carefully screwing in the screws. Direct screwing can easily cause breakage. It is recommended to print several spares of such parts.

This part is prone to printing failure, it is recommended to apply glue to the printing plate and try several times. I have a success rate of around 50%. If it cannot be successfully printed, the threaded part can be cut off and fixed with glue.

If you do not intend to install a motor, please delete the USB type-c opening.

Installing the motor requires embedding two M1.4 hot melt nuts. If you do not intend to use hot melt nuts, please reduce the diameter of the mounting holes.

I have adjusted the placement of the heat sink for better printing results. It has been tested that it can be successfully printed using a Bambu polished printing plate with glue. If printing fails, try lowering the printing speed.

- The magnets are very small, so it is recommended to use N52 grade magnets to ensure that the lid is securely installed.
Below are the installation locations for all magnets. To maximize magnetic strength, I have used magnets of various sizes. If you are replacing magnets with other specifications, please adjust the sizes yourself.
