Got the same problem and ended up sanding 1-2mm on the bottom. The tray is much easier to remove then.

Well, I've gotten used to simply pulling it off :)

Here the PETG print with removed supports. I have issues with layers sticking together on P1S - need to check the fan speeds. Bed adhesion was okay - the first layer stick well, but the second layer didn't :)

Nope, rather the temperature was incorrect.

Vielleicht ist ihr Filament nicht trocken. Ich habe neues Bambu PETG-HF benutzt.

Maybe your filament is not dry. I used new Bambu PETG-HF

Water leak for the Rancilio Silvia

Diese Verlängerung sorgt dafür, dass Spritzwasser nicht in den Rahmen der Rancilio Silvia eindringt und es zu Rostbildung kommt.&nbsp;Es gibt bereits ein paar wenige Varianten des Ursprünglich auf Thingiverse erschienenen Originals. Ich fand es nicht ästhetisch und es hatte eine schlechte Passform für meine Maschine.&nbsp;Ich habe den Auslauf etwas weiter ausgezogen und die Öffnung verändert damit noch weniger Wasser nach hinten gelangt.

This extension ensures that splashing water does not penetrate the frame of the Rancilio Silvia and lead to rust formation.&nbsp;There are already a few variations of the original, which was originally published on Thingiverse. I didn't find it aesthetically pleasing and it had a poor fit for my machine.&nbsp;I have extended the outlet slightly and changed the opening so that even less water gets to the back.
