Still works if you've installed the CFS kit!
Original Post:
The chain riser was one of the first mods I printed and used. I quickly upgraded my printer with the frame riser extension, and the included chain riser didn't have a PTFE tube guide. So I combined the two mods and decided to share them with you all. I hadn't yet touched any CAD software when I made this, so it was remixed within the slicer. Enjoy!
Instructions can be found on the original chain riser mod page. This mod is fully compatible with the original riser, so you'll only need to print the top piece if you already have the original.
The upper riser is printed with normal supports
BOM
- 2x M3 heat set threaded inserts (L4mm x D4.2mm)
- 1x M3x6 countersunk screw
- 1x M3x8 countersunk screw
