Self-Closing Exhaust Fan Grille ø125mm

I made this exhaust for my kitchen hood exhaust. This design needed an low profile and customized grille because of the interfering rainwater downpipe on the outside, wich partially blocks the lamellas. So I made a version with independant lamellas for fun and operative function.

This model fits a ø125mm spiral tube. The alternative wall base model has holes for mechanically fastening. The high profile model can be put over the spiral tube. (if extended)

The duct base can be snapped or glued to the wall base. It fits in the spiral tube. (the outer dimension of the duct base fits the inner dimesion of the spiraL tube) 
The parts can easily be assembled. Just put the shaft through the opening of the base and the lamella. Thats all!
