I’ve created a holder for a hygrometer designed for Bambu Lab P1P, P1S, and X1C printers.

It mounts inside the printer enclosure, secured either with a magnet or adhesive tape. The magnet slot is universal, allowing the use of any magnet up to 15mm in diameter and 3.4mm in thickness.

This setup enhances the hygrometer's functionality by positioning it directly inside the enclosure instead of on the door, preventing inaccurate readings.

Prints under 20 min and consumes just 7g of filament

I mounted it inside the chamber rather than by the door so that I could remotely monitor it and know when it’s up to temp. I have to zoom in to be able to read it, but I can absolutely read it.

Easy print&install. If possible I would like to shorten the length a bit to give a bit more room when taking the print plate in&out. Thank you.

This model's license doesn't allow remixes, _but_ it took me only a couple of minutes to download the STL, import to a TinkerCAD.com project, and modify it for my own personal use. Here's a quick GIF of the process. (Haven't yet printed this; waiting on another print!)

Update: Printed it last night in PETG, dropped in a couple magnets and a couple drops of superglue each. I might do another that isn't quite so short, another 5mm or so of width would let the hygrometer's disc fully clear the edge, visually. But functionally this is fine. (I later rotated the display and moved it to the left side of the door where it's less in the way when I reach in.)

Magnets on order, but an easy print. After two attempts as-is, did have to scale it to 102% to make it easier to insert the hygrometer.

Since all these hydrometers in the set were already in use I had to find a sensible place for the five This one here in the door magnetically held ranks second among my favorites Thanks for that

Printed as described. Fits my generic Amazon hygrometer well. I’ve added 6 6x3mm round magnets (3 per side). It feels solid enough, but I’m so I’ll a bit apprehensive about how it will fare in the long run

Very nice, precise and practical print, absolutely love it! Printed in Bambu's PLA Matte Black on P1S. The riser fits really well for P1S and AMS 2 Pro combo - no adjustments needed. It can feel tight at times but all is very precise and fits as intended. Hygrometer is just a nice touch to make use of the extra unit I got and I like the added data displayed in the corner of the printer door. Overall, I am very pleased and I highly recommend this model. Make sure to take a look at other accessories and designs created by the designer (the review treats them as a unit). Thank you!

printed nicely in ABS, used some 20x8x3 magnets I had laying around, needed a wrap of looming tape to make them fit but works fine. thanks
