XT60 Power Distribution Board (1 in, 5 out)

XT60 power distribution board, designed for distributing power for amateur radio transceivers, but can also be used for other applications.

Design features:

• Featuring a large air duct heat dissipation design to prevent heat accumulation during high current operation.
• Designed with dust covers to prevent short circuits caused by metal objects from being inserted into the plug, posing a safety hazard.
• Soldered with 6mm² purple copper bars to provide a theoretical continuous current carrying capacity of 60A.

Manufacturing points:

1. Prepare 6 countersunk M3 screws and screw them directly into the screw holes.
2. When soldering purple copper bars, be sure to solder the XT60 connectors at both ends first, and immediately cool the purple copper bars with alcohol after soldering one point. Overheating the purple copper bars will cause the top panel to bend when cooled after the entire welding is completed.
3. This design is only applicable to XT60E-F and XT60BE-M (with dust covers). Other XT60 connectors have not been verified.
