Good evening,
Transform your tablet into a perfect dashboard for your driving setup.
The model is designed for a Samsung 7" tablet, model SM-T280, an affordable and effective option for this purpose.
The program I use to share telemetry data is SimHub or SIM Dashboard.
The mount is specifically designed for the Fanatec DD8, but I have attached the Fusion file to give you the flexibility to modify the base as you wish.
Use TPU washers on the back of the dashboard base toward the motor and between the base and the dashboard itself.
Additionally, I’ve added a layer of TPU at the bottom to eliminate vibrations and any annoying noises they may cause.
Use 6mm screws and 10mm bolts to mount the dashboard to its base.
To connect the two parts, use neodymium magnets with a 5mm diameter and 3mm thickness.
The Fanatec DD8 has 6mm holes; if you have another Direct Drive, check the hole spacing and, if necessary, modify the base in Fusion, as well as the hole diameter and threading.
