Blind Bottles - The color sorting game

Blind Bottles is a fun logic game where you have to figure out the correct placement of colored bottles.

Components:

• A box with one open side.
• 16 bottle-shaped tokens in different colors (2 tokens of each color).

Setup:

• You need at least two players: one guide and two or more players.
• The guide sits on one side of the box and the players on the other, so the players can't see inside.
• The guide places half of the bottles (one of each color) inside the box in random order.
• The players then randomly place the other half of the bottles on top of the box.

Goal:

• Using clues from the guide, players must arrange the bottles on top of the box to match the hidden bottles inside.

How to play:

• The guide gives the first clue, which tells how many bottles are in the correct position.
• Players use this information to rearrange the bottles on their turn.
• The game ends when all the top bottles match the bottom ones.

Variations:

• Cooperative: Players take turns placing bottles, trying to solve the puzzle in the fewest turns possible.
• Competitive: Bottles start on the table. Players take turns placing a bottle on the box. If correct, they keep the bottle and score a point. The player with the most points at the end wins.
• Limited moves: A maximum number of turns is set, or a timer is used.

Difficulty level:

• Adjust the difficulty by changing the number of colors or removing correctly placed bottles.

Ages:

• Suitable for ages 2+ (contains small parts).
