A STRONG CLAMP FOR STRONG TASKS

ITS NOT-MIRRORED TEETH ALLOW A SAFE GRIP. BOTH TWO TYPES OF SCREWS PROVIDE A POWERFUL TIGHTNESS.
THE HOLE IS 1 CM IN DIAMETER AND FITS ALMOST ALL TYPES OF ROPE.
THE STRUCTURE ADAPTS TO ANY TYPE OF OBJECT TO MAKE THE GRIP STRONGER.
YOU CAN USE IT TO PULL TARPAULINS, HANG ANYTHING, TENSION AND FIX.

PRINTING TIPS:

PRINT THE SCREWS VERTICALLY WITH BRIM AND 100% INFILL. THE CLAMP DOES NOT NEED 100% INFILL. I RECOMMEND USING A 0.12MM LAYER FOR BETTER THREADS QUALITY.

I printed two of these at the beginning of our Candian winter to use on a plastic boat tarp. Last week in -20C weather I discovered that one of the bolts had broken. I recoommend printing horizontally with support and then cleaning up the threads before using otherwise the screw head can snap off. The other improvment would be to make the edges of the clamp rounded so that it will not rip the tarp if it slips. Otherwise its a really useful functional print!!

I think it would be nice to offer an alternative option to the bolt that is cranked down with a wrench. also offer a bolt that has a long 3 inch T-shaped end that you could crank down with your hand so you don’t need the wrench.
