Tile 2x2 - Make own Bricks

What it is:

A compatible 2x2 tile for LEGOS and other bricks and building blocks manufacture.

You could design your own tile surface with Make My Sign!

It is possible to create beautiful labels for your brick builds or add special tiles to your building block constructions.

Optimized for 3D Print:

• Optimized clearance for Bambulab PLA printed on X1 Carbon.
• Added small bridges to the stud holes to minimize retractions.
• Reduced the surface to colorize
• Print in Arachne Mode! Otherwise studs to loose!

How to make own tiles:

1. Push Customize Button

2. Design own tile → Rectangle 15,5mm x 15,5mm without Border

   “Facedown Mode” 0,6 Base | 0,6 Text | 0,6 SVG | 0,6 Shapes

3. Download as 3mf

4. Open my Print Profile and add the new 3mf to the “Blank” Plate.

   Center/ Alligne it and color as you like.

5. Merge together
6. Slice and check first layer

Tips:

• Print in Arachne Mode! Otherwise studs to loose!
• Think for your nozzle diameter this affect the possible detail! Use 0,2 for best result.
• You can try to reduce First Layer line width for more details.
• Check the first layer! Sometimes Color do not appear. In this case play with the heights in Make My Sign, try download 3mf and Color manually!
• PRO Tip: Bambu Studio can handle SVG directly, in some case it works better, try it!
