Description

Pipe Notching Tool_Steel Pipe Coping Guides Coping jigs T 90 degrees - 30/60 degrees - 45 degrees

Maschera di tracciatura Taglio tubi innesto a T 90 gradi - 30/60 gradi - 45 gradi

  • Pipe dimensions in mm/inches: Ø20, Ø25, Ø30, Ø35, Ø40, Ø45, Ø50, Ø60, Ø76 - Ø ½" - Ø 1" - Ø 1 ½"

23/05/2025 Update, added Ø60mm, Ø76mm

28/11/2025 Upadate, added Imperial ½" 1" 1 1/12"

Please note: The dimensions for the imperial jigs (e.g., '1"') are based on the nominal pipe size in inches, not the actual outer diameter. For example, the '1"' model corresponds to the standardized 1" Schedule 40 pipe OD of ~1.315" (33.4mm). Measurements will confirm this larger size. If you require a jig for a true 1.0" (25.4mm) rod, scaling the model down to approximately 78% is an effective solution. We recommend always verifying the dimensions in your slicer against your physical part before printing, as not all jigs follow this pipe-size convention.

Beware that the imperial jigs are NOT correctly sized. The 1" dia. model is 1.3" or 33.2mm (measured both in Bambu Studio and from a real print). You can scale them down to the correct size (scale 78%) and they still work great. Not all jigs are incorrect, but check in Bambu before you print.

Thank you for the important clarification and the excellent practical tip. You are correct.
