26m/s Handheld High-Velocity Fan
Previous iterations, a desktop high-velocity fan and a handheld model, both had shortcomings. The handheld fan, for instance, was excessively powerful—300W, with a mere 10-minute runtime. As a modern man, I couldn't tolerate this!
Therefore, this version utilizes a server 4028 fan. While its power is only 20W, it achieves an impressive 26m/s airspeed. Durability? It ran for a full hour before showing any signs of fatigue. Such a marvel deserves sharing!

Three 18650 batteries, wired in series
One 3S charging board
One PWM speed controller

Several M2 screws (for securing the charging board and sleeve assembly), four M4 countersunk screws (for securing the fan)
